In the afternoon of December 30, 2024, theZihuan Branch of the 2024 Yangtze River Delta University Enterprise Integrationand Collaborative Development Conference of Shanghai Second PolytechnicalUniversity was successfully held in A309 conference room of Building 25, and 24enterprise representatives from Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hubei and otherprovinces attended the conference. The meeting was presided over by LiRuyan, vice president of scientific research of the College of Resources andEnvironmental Engineering, and attended by Wang Jifen, secretary of the PartyCommittee of Resources and Environmental Protection, Zhou Quanfa, president andother leading group members, as well as more than 20 teacher representatives.

Zhou Quan, the president of the court, madean opening report on the topic of "refined technology, heavyresponsibility and internationalization", and introduced the disciplinecharacteristics and development plan of Zihuan University. He proposedthat the academic and industrial circles should work together to promotescientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading, and injectnew vitality and wisdom into the in-depth participation of enterprises in theconstruction of the academic platform and talent cultivation of the college,taking this conference as an opportunity.

Representatives of 11 enterprises,including Vandewa Purification Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Shanghai JizhongEnvironmental Technology Co., Ltd., Nantong Tianhe Environmental TechnologyCo., Ltd., made speeches successively to share the achievements and successfulexperience of school enterprise cooperation. The representatives ofenterprises and teachers of the college at the meeting had a warm exchange todiscuss the growth points of school enterprise cooperation.

The enterprise representatives also visitedsome laboratories and research platforms of the college accompanied by thecollege leaders.
